Cables can be a profoundly effective tool for building muscle because of the constant tension they provide, as well as the many unique movement patterns they allow for. I have utilized and pioneered a plethora of specialized cable exercises throughout my career as a bodybuilder and coach, experimenting extensively in order to unlock new ways to attack dormant muscle fibers.
