The young star 22-year old IFBB Pro Emir Omeragic speaks with Dennis James about his young bodybuilding career and how he started bodybuilding in Germany because he was being bullied as a teen having grown up in Montenegro.
Emir explains his dietary and supplement routines, his need for and choice of coach, how he added 22 kilos (almost 50 lbs) of pure muscle to his frame in 8 months, missing his first pro card chance by 1 point and placing 2nd in his pro qualifier in Denmark then competed in the Amateur Olympia in Spain one year later. His path included multiple off-seasons (to put on size) and competitions up to Amateur Olympia Portugal where he won and received his Pro card in May, 2021.
There was little time for rest for Emir Omeragic in 2021 after earning his IFBB card. He explains on this week’s TMP the hectic contest schedule he prepared for this past year under the training supervision of bodybuilding coach Chris Aceto.
Omeragic goes on to talk about his goals for the 2022 season.
