Competing in the super heavyweight division, Carlos Thomas Jr. won the super heavyweight and overall championship along with the IFBB pro card at the 2021 Sheru Classic NPC National Championships.
"What's next for the young pro?" and how did he get to this stage in his career? The third time could be the charm for Thomas, who after his last Nationals appearance as a middleweight in 2017, placed in the top 5. Now the recently awarded IFBB pro explains his roots in bodybuilding, including the work needed to overcome the spinal injuries he developed during his high school football days.
With his dad at his side, Carlos Thomas Jr. also talks about the overwhelming family support he’s received throughout his bodybuilding career.
