Warm up to width- prioritization with Shovel-grip, wide-grip pulldowns
-2 warm up sets of 15-20,
-3 working sets of 10-12 reps, heavy loose form.
single-arm db rows: (low-to-mid-lat thickness)
-4 heavy working sets, 8-10 reps each
rack pulls (3/4 deadlifts): (overall back thickness)
-1 acclimating set of 15 reps
-3 heavy sets 7-10, progressively heavier weights
cable high-pulls: (mid-back detail, rhomboids, mid-to-upper lats)
-4 sets x 15 reps.
