Chris Aceto talks about being a world class bodybuilder coach and his long career. Nowadays, there are many bodybuilding coaches who are trying to lead their athletes to the top. The sport of bodybuilding didn’t have many “gurus” before the modern era. Chris Aceto is one of those original coaches continues to be as successful and sought-after today as he was when he began more than 20 years ago. Despite already achieving guru status, Aceto continues to increase his expertise and knowledge by listening and learning from his Olympia-level clients.
Aceto also talks about the disparity in conditioning the sport has seen over the years.
