Triceps muscle has 3 heads that work slightly different through these 3 positions that we are using, of the humerus relative to the torso. Each position puts a greater tension on a specific head, however, You can't completely isolate each triceps head to work independently because they function as a unit. Give this sequence a try - 4 sets*20 reps in each position. 1 set includes doing all 3 positions.
