This week Mathew and Jaime discussed how to use your Call To Action in your marketing initiatives.
There are many types of calls to action we can use that we'll be discussing on today's episode. The most common is to ‘book a call'.
This may be a consultation, strategy, in-person session or discovery call. Asking for this is great, but these next pieces I'm going to share are critical if you want to make this work properly.
You want a lead capturing system that has automatic follow-up in place when a prospect reaches out. You want to avoid giving out your email address (in social media) as in some cases someone may try to email you and there is a risk that the lead goes into the spam folder or you're away with your family for a day and they don't end up hearing back from you until 2 or 3 days later or in some cases your email gets spammed.
If you want to look like a professional, your lead capture should go to a link in your bio (or post itself), a form pops up (TRM Engine, Jot Form), they fill in their basic information (name, email, phone number, fitness goals) when they click submit, this lead goes directly into your CRM and an email and text automatically generates a response back confirming the booking and call details. If you want to look super professional, then have another email and text follow-up closer to the date of the call so that they don't forget.
