Busy can also lead to burnout, overwhelm and a halt in progress.
Improving things like this is usually messy in the middle and awesome in the end.
The key is to be able to navigate through, improve the process, hire a mentor or coach and start to position the systems so that not only time improves, but efficiency, which brings forth more freedom and IMPACT.
